A private gated gravel driveway greets you upon arrival to Woodbine Cottage, offering ample parking up to 4 cars, making it easy to park up and enjoy a full day exploring Perranporth and the gorgeous 3 mile sandy beach.

With a beautiful enclosed Cottage garden and a large lawn with flowerbeds surrounding the south facing patio, this is a luscious suntrap to enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco dining.

 The front door leads into the wood beamed  Lounge, with a large corner sofa to relax and watch a film on the 55" Smart TV. Netflix and Catch Up are available with your own passcode. Please Note; The log burner is for display purposes only and not to be used.

Walking through the French doors you are welcomed into the kitchen and dining area. With gorgeous solid oak work tops and oak table and chairs. With integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with electric cooker and a 4 ring electric hob, microwave and toaster.

Walking up the stairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The master bedroom is light and airy with a double bed and with built in wardrobes (with a concealed TV)

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a built in wardrobe and a dressing table and mirror 

The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, double aspect windows and a full length mirror.

The bathroom has a full size bath with an electric shower over the bath.

There are double French doors leading from the dining area to the back gravelled courtyard with a washing line. 

Oil central heating, electricity,  bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A Travel Cot and a Highchair are also included on request.
