Woodbine Cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing coastal break. Ideally located in the centre of Perranporth, this charming detached Cornish cottage combines traditional features with modern comforts, and is just a 2- minute level walk from the stunning 3-mile sandy beach,shops,restaurants and cafes.

Upon arrival, you’re welcomed by a private gated gravel driveway with ample parking for up to 4 cars—making it easy to park up and start your holiday stress-free.

Outside Space:

The enclosed south-facing cottage garden is a true suntrap – perfect for lazy mornings or relaxed evening meals. With a large lawn, colourful flowerbeds, and a safe enclosed space for children to play, it’s ideal for families. Unwind with a chilled drink on the patio, enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor table and chairs, or fire up the BBQ for a laid-back summer evening with friends and loved ones.

Inside the Cottage:

Step through the front door into the cosy, wood-beamed lounge, featuring a large corner sofa and a 55” Smart TV with access to Netflix and Catch-Up TV (just log in with your own accounts). Please note: The log burner is for decorative purposes only and not in use.

From the lounge, French doors lead to the light and welcoming kitchen/diner, complete with solid oak worktops, oak dining table and chairs, and all the essentials you need:

• Integrated fridge and freezer
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine
• Electric cooker with four-ring hob
• Microwave and toaster
• Ironing board/Iron

Upstairs Accommodation:

Woodbine Cottage comfortably sleeps six across three well-appointed bedrooms:

• Master Bedroom: Light and airy with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a concealed TV.
• Second Bedroom: Double bed, built-in wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror.
• Third Bedroom: Two single beds, double-aspect windows, and a full-length mirror.

The family bathroom is also located upstairs, featuring a clean and practical layout.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WI-FI are included.A Travel cot and high chair are also available on request.
